Cody had primary responsibility for the development of more than a million square feet of office space for more than 100 doctors and other professionals in Nevada. His real estate industry affiliations include: National Association of Office and Industrial Property Owners (NAIOP), Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CCIM).

As one of the founders of Huffman Builders West, LLC-Las Vegas, NV Cody implemented the initial startup operations including site acquisitions, client marketing and all phases of development.
